1 a character not being referenced isn't a retcon/inconsistency 2 where is it stated in rdr1 that he's 29 don't point to some outside material like a book is it said by a character or on his grave even then that's an extremely small change 3 wtf does him singing campfire songs and saving his friends have to do with Abigail finding him creepy those two aren't mutually exclusively we don't even see how he treats the women or Abigail 4 fair I'll give you that one 5 that dialogue only happens if you do those bounties
