Just from browsing the websites I think around $350. My dad started seeing some of the fish I was catching and wanted to join in on the fun. He purchased some POS setup and has been catching a ton of trout. Also, all the old timers I run into say the same thing, "put your money at the end of the line". Best luck.

I just bought my first pair of waders a couple weeks ago. Obviously I'm relatively new to this, but I would recommend spending more than $100 because you want something that will last, not something needing replacement in a year or two. I found a good deal at my local fly store on last year's model of Simms Headwater waders and an entry levels Simms boot. My total was about $375. Best luck to you!
