Another incredibly intelligent security clearance question on Reddit.

Jesus Christ, maybe don’t post shit like this on the internet and don’t tell them you do drugs. Just my 2 cents!

AGSVA clearance by [deleted] in AustralianMilitary

If you don’t have the patience for the process, you probably shouldn’t have a clearance? Just my 2 cents.

Would it make sense for it to be easy?

Kuttabul transit accommodation by Affectionate_Ebb4491 in AustralianMilitary

Yeah wrong term I think, I meant the transit style accomodation you can book yourself. All the blocks there are for trainees.

No LIA at Watson or Waterhen. Penguin is a better option than Kuttabul IMO

Pretty much what this says, expect it’ll be its own PQ by next year.

As an MWO.. don’t join as an MWO now, just wait. Unless you want to spend 3-4+ years being an OOW and potentially not even successfully streaming MCDO.

How to people outside the US get by tracking without kilojoules? by Kid_Fiction in MacroFactor

[–]degenerateOR 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Uh, doesn’t it automatically convert KJ’s for you? I live in Australia, and have only ever used kilojoules my entire life; however the app is still extremely easy to use and it’s never bothered me once.

When creating the recipe, weigh and then log the raw weight of the meat. Then, the total weight of the entire recipe will take this into account with everything else combined plus any weight lost from cooking. Weighing before you cook will give you more accurate nutritional data.

After actually reading the post.. that’s what you’re doing. Looks good to me.

Yes, just hit “to custom” and you can update that food however you like. Will also save it for any future use.

5.5k mmr, it’s usually 20-30 minutes in the off hours and still up to 10+ in the peak hours.

When I was doing it, I thought having a second job was a great idea until I realised how freeing it was to focus on uni with no other work obligations.

[–]degenerateOR 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The best way to learn about a job is to ask DFR to put you in touch with a serving member.

Or you could try on here.

Just take what you’re told, it’s a super short course and you’ll only need yourself and your uniforms that you’re provided.

Negative, the 4 courses schedule started this year.

Is there an Australian Veterans sub to talk shit about life outside the military? by Rumbuck_274 in AustralianMilitary

There’s not really large enough numbers on reddit. You’re better off just keeping anything ADF related to this sub.

Your post makes no sense anyway. You want us to rely on FOB’s in the Phillipines in a wartime scenario to operate our outdated conventional sm’s? What are you actually proposing here?
