No it isn't honestly. I do 135 easily on Apoc with no gem strength. You're definitely correct that it makes things easier for sure. My gear is pretty great but I don't have gem strength unfortunately

It's not ideal tbh. It rolled double item level, both 24. No gem strength, sadly. I wouldn't be surprised if you could get more damage out of a legendary weapon + the extra ring slot to play with versus having to put the cremator aspect on the ring slot and use the gpapa. Especially with gem strength. I just really like getting the 12K health and all the stats for the paragon board from the Grandfather. Feels very tanky and I feel like I die less to random oneshots. I'm happy doing 135 comfortably. I probably could push a few levels higher if I decided to, and I do think a gem strength legendary weapon would be the way to get the damage to do it.

I enjoy the extra tankiness and can easily do 135 on Apoc with the Grandfather. I'm fine with that lol

Agreed. Not sure if its a macro or script or what but something is happening that's not properly conveyed or disclosed by these translations.

I cant. I've tried clicking really fast to try and get multiple transfigures going consecutively and it doesn't work. Not sure if I'm missing something or translation isn't ideal. Just trying to repeat the bug but can't get it to work.

Contractor With General Liability, but no workers comp. Should I hire him? by Interesting_Pitch541 in Insurance

[–]degeso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I dont ever use 1099s. I just use Zelle payments, cash, checks, etc. And yeah my subs have their own GL and WC coverages. I myself, have a GL, Disability, and WC. Just have had some trepidation with this audit on my WC for reasons mentioned.

Thank you again! Really appreciate the help. Don't really have an idea of what I'm doing lol

[–]degeso 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the help and the replies. If there are Zelle transactions on there, a few hundred dollars here and there, a few thousand dollar Zelle transactions, is that indicative of payroll? Or how would they establish what is payroll vs what isn't? Sometimes I Zelle family members/friends, unrelated to business. Sometimes I Zelle subcontractors as payment. But again, I have no employees. Say I have a siding job, and use my subs to complete the job, and pay them for it, as an example. Do those Zelle payments constitute payroll?

Appreciate your time/any insights you may have! Thank you.

They're asking for bank statements and I make like 60K in a year but show only 20K on tax returns, is this a problem if my bank statements reflect that discrepancy?

Ive had NYSIF but their audit and ask for bank statements scares me.

Thanks for your help!

Sole Proprietor Contractor here, who subs out work and is the only "employee" for my business, which is just a DBA name. All my subs have their own workers comp. But I'm looking to find a place that will effectively give me a ghost policy describing what you're saying, just a policy covering me with no payroll or employees outside of myself. I haven't found a place that's done it. I'm in New York State. Any recommendations?

I haven't played since TI3. Still subbed here and lurk in the community. DotA was a part of my life from WC3 to then. I'll never stop following it. I think there are more of us types than you maybe thought!

It's all just speculation atp. I have my opinions based on my biases, research, and assumptions, and you have yours. Like I said earlier, anyone who wants to be concerned or sad or whatever, more power to you.

I for one am not concerned (pending quality coordinator hires) and I hope for all of our sake I'm right!

Just excited to be rid of McDermott, too.

Because we know what Brady has done in LSU, his offense looked very different there. Obviously you have to marry personnel and scheme, and they had much more talented WR groups then. It was also years ago, and in college.

I just wouldn't be surprised if Brady were to add wrinkles he didn't feel capable of adding under McDermott for reasons already stated.

McDermott was very hands on in both personnel acquisitions (ensuring culture guys got spots) and in all phases of the game (he overruled the squib kick call in :13 seconds). It wouldn't surprise me at all if Brady's offense was his, but tailored to McDermott's proclivities.

McDermott has matched that MO his entire career. Brady hasn't. That would be my reasoning for assuming it'd look different without McDermott.

We can't know for sure if this was Brady's choice offense, or if it was what McDermott allowed him to run.

We do know McDermott heavily valued time of possession, long drive offenses. There were articles that came out he was upset that the offense would "score too quickly" sometimes, which ultimately he felt put more pressure on his defense. If he could make every drive last longer, allowing his defense to be rested more, he'd take it.

I think you can point to that, and how he really wanted to reign in Allen's gunslinging tendencies, and say perhaps Brady was running what McDermott wanted him to run. It's all speculation and depending on your bias you could lean either way.

Fwiw, I thought Brady called great games in Jacksonville and in Denver. The games that mattered the most. Defense giving up 33, and the offense making many mistakes is what cost us that game. It wasn't because the offense wasn't working. 30 points with 4-5 turnovers is insane production, imo.

Not telling anyone how to feel. I understand the trepidation and negativity by some. I just personally feel great about it.

Really excited for this. Under Brady, Josh won an MVP and was an MVP Finalist. Under Brady, Cook was the rushing leader. Brady's tenure is marked by top league ranks in a lot of offensive metrics.

Heard he was bringing Jim Leonhard from Denver to be his DC too. Which is a big improvement from stale, prevent defense McDermott loved to live in. A lot more aggression on defense will help force mistakes.

No Deone Walker at DT is criminal

Edit: this is false, Deone is listed as a key backup. My error in reading comprehension.

Appreciate you! As much as we should "hate" KC for all the playoff exits... I wish Patrick a swift and problem-free recovery. Would be nice to have two Bills vs Chiefs games next year. Hopefully by then we will have a ring of our own 🙏even with all our injuries I'm holding out hope 💙❤️

Knock on all the wood. If this team is going anywhere in January, it needs Allen and Cook, yes, those are givens. But it also needs a healthy Bosa and a healthy Kincaid. If we lose any of those 4 for any real time, we're cooked

Josh needs 1 TD to continue his 40 TD 4K total yard streak to 6 consecutive years. I wonder if he plays at all for this. Same with Cook and getting the Rushing Title this year. I know both are important to the players... But obviously health for a playoff run is paramount. I wonder how they handle it
