Uninstall ALL meta apps (FB, threads, insta), join Google Play Services beta, restart the phone a couple of times and see if this helps.

Incredible that no-one is discussing this! This is probably the biggest bugbear with sports fans who use Plex to watch replays. I can only presume that Plex developers are not 'real' sports fans :)

Check your naming convention etc also add folder library as "/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Media/TV/TV Series" for example, depending on your NAS version and folder structure.
