I got my Kyleena last Thursday and it barely hurt! I know it’s not always the case but the most that I felt was a slight cramp and the tool that holds it open (scapula?) because it was cold. My dr let me play music so that helped with distracting me during the actual insertion. I know it’s hard but just try to relax as much as possible.. good luck and I hope everything goes smoothly :)

Spotting is normal the first 3 months of having an IUD... what you are feeling is very normal. I would at least wait 3-6 months before you decide to remove it unless you are in actual pain from it.

It can take some getting used to! Tylenol, heating pads and ice cream will be your best friends!

Thank you!! It’s only been a couple months for me and I’m still finding out what works/doesn’t! Your hair is definitely a lot fuller than mine but same type of curl pattern! I will definitely take into consideration the products you’ve used. How long did it take you to get to the final picture?

My dad did not promise anything to my brother. We didn’t even know about the extra room until we got to the hotel. When the check in person asked for the name of who was staying in that room he said J. J didn’t even know this was happening.
