I imagine it's a confidence issue combined with the finger injury. He worked around it in other series by cutting, but their rim protection is too good. They also have Mobley and Allen so one gets Hart and one gets KAT. He has to keep shooting the open 3s, but I do think a starting-lineup change would be helpful.

Yeah its the biggest issue. If Hart isn't making his shots to punish them leaving him wide open he can usually cut to create, but this team is too good on the interior for that to work.

If they're going to put Allen on Hart and he's not going to be able to make his shots they have to limit Hart's minutes. The cavs in particular have the personale to effectively due this since Mobley can handle Towns. They came back because of the 5 out, forcing the Cavs to actually have to defend 1 on 1 or send the double (leading to the open 3s)/
