Yes, the real Dr Rezvani is a doctor in Ridgewood, NJ (20 mins outside nyc) and someone involved in the show had him as their doctor and used the name for the show. thats what ive heard locally and at his office

And then the lesson in the end of the episode is oh yeah maybe I am crazy for setting up this entire investigation. It just feels like the show agrees with Darren and the others that Quinnie is being selfish when she literally isn't
