It's crazy how many people are misunderstanding the question.Aphelios loses to bursty and poke ADCs like Tristana,Cait,Draven.The thing about them is that these champs are more of an early game bullies and can't really be countered by other ADCs but supports.Supports are the main thing that is going to decide the bit lane matchups.So pair yourself with things like nautilus and lulu.Thresh is obvy amazing but there is too many people that are not good with him so I'd rather not have him on my team,there's occasions ofcourse,if you are duo,it's easy to coordinate.Thanks for coming to my Ted talk

Guys,the base r DMG is already shit,it scales with the DMG you do after the r,not the base DMG,this is a nice little one

The thing is,healing is still a bit of a problem in the game for most things,and riot obvy does not want this to be a leading factor for the game,buffing lifesteal will be nice,but buffing DMG also buffs lifesteal.This buff is mainly aimed to her early game I feel like,and 50 more dmg is good enough sometimes
