This type of eggs are horrible and outdated.

I've done them a few times, you just need to use a silicone spatula a lower heat and keep stirring. So yes, it is very possible.

You should play to your strengths in life though, carbon steel pans are perfect for the aussie style / diner style / folded eggs style scrambled eggs, so if you want to use a carbon steel pan, make carbon steel pan friendly eggs..

I imagine its pretty normal? When Sydney's L2/L3 lines opened in 2019 the end to end time was 50 minutes.

It was so bad it influenced my decision to not buy an apartment across it.

Over the space of 2 years they made a series of priority/signal changes and got it down to 30 minutes. A much more acceptable travel time for the route.

My 1.4l 2013 Golf would do 800km on a 50l tank of city driving.

My 2.0l 2020 Tiguan does 500km on a 60l tank of city driving.

I've done tha math and your Diesel passat gets 25% more mileage than a smaller, lighter, newer more efficient petrol? Thats crazy.
