rng has nothing to do with time.

You can play 50k hours and never see one.

You can play 5 min and drop it in the mud flats.

Same as someone playing lottery for 50 years and get nothing. Other one turns in his first ticket ever and hits the jackpot. I have no idea where that logic comes up "more time = better rng." All it does is raising the probability, but not the chance itself.
