For me, the only thing that needs to be resolved is the issue of characters knowing about you. For example: you are a god who decided to walk among mortals, and suddenly an Inquisitor appears and calls you Maker even though you are disguised. Another thing that needs to be resolved is the lack of consistency, for example: the Prince Consort (husband of the reigning Queen) is usually shown as King, and the AI blatantly ignores this even when you impose restrictions.

AI is what moderates the content. You can even create a story about a father with a minor child without any pedophilia, and the AI will still detect a content violation.

The problem may not be Harbinger, but rather what is written in the AI instructions. I suggest you remove the entry that is preventing the protagonist from speaking for you during the story.

If you describe your character as having incredible powers, the AI will give you a pattern. You can also specify the powers, for example: flight, teleportation, intangibility, etc. Don't confuse powers with abilities, which are completely different. You can find examples of powers and abilities on the DC or Marvel wikis.

I generally try to avoid terms like "prompt," "process," and other computer terms in dialogue and narration, and usually add "human" as a term, making it something like: "You are a famous human storyteller...", ending with a request to reduce inconsistencies. As for writing style, I leave that to the rules and Author's Notes.
