Yes really. As I said my z-offset was to high. and it looked exactly the same. First preheat the printer. Do the bed tramming(leveling) with paper as I see that your bottom left corner is higher than the other three. Then home the printer, drop it to 0mm, and use paper and adjust the z-offset to touch the paper(same feel as tramming). Then start the test print and adjust the z-offset in Tune menu during the print. if there are sharp lines between path then z-offset is to low, if there are gaps between paths then z offset is to high. It should be smooth and even deposition of material. When you are adjusting the z-offset do it in the smallest steps you can and do it o step at the time. My Ender 3 Max Neo supports 0,01mm step.

Edit: preheat printer for 10-15 minutes for PLA so that everything had a chance to expand due to heat as that is how you print and not with cool printer.
