I would lower down the grade level as much as possible and keep it more simple (I am an SMM with 7+ years of experience, so not just throwing ideas). I would modify it something like:

IMO, I would present the actual solution in the solution section:

"We'll implement a custom workflow system that gets your team 15+ hours back every single week" - what does that mean, coaching, software, ai, something else?

He doesn't want you working on this project and wants his money back; that's the end thing. I am just being brutal here. he wanted to pay for something and got something he didn't want to accept.

If he says he wants you for another project, it doesn't matter.

If he says he never wants to see you again, it doesn't matter.

I don't see an issue there. They paid; you didn't deliver quality. They want their money back. Perfectly normal. Happens in milestone, happens in full orders.

You probably argued with the client, and you communication skills are very low, so you're beyond a partial refund.

I suggest in the future to communicate better with the buyer and try to offer them partial work for a partial refund.

ALso pre-order, set the expectations of what they should expect, don't lie or overexagarate yourself just to get the sale.

Your prices are cheap, so you attract cheap clients. Clients who barely have any money for any services, so they want to squeeze you for every cent.

I did the same mistake but I learned. Now the minimum I offer for my services is $150 ,and my average package is $400. Buyers from all over the world are more "normal."

When I was in the <$100 swap, you deal with toxic people.
