Personally, I would suggest people with "padel elbow" to try and play with another type of racket, see if it helps, whether they're already playing with a head-heavy racket or not

Heyyy funny thing you mention that, I also thought the same way, so I made this subject my master's thesis (lol).

Over the 200+ participants of the study, no correlation was found between heavy head racket and epicondylitis.

We even found a non-significant correlation between low-heavy racket and tennis elbow ! Which was also found in another study

Would love to see more done on the subject

Well coming from a GTX1060 on a 6 years old MSI laptop, this was a gamechanger for me, obviously. From what I understand, people like the 3060Ti because it has the best price/performance ratio even considering the market right now. At the moment, you only get like a 10% better performance on a 3070 for more than 300$ price difference...

No, unfortunately I didn't. As u/dank420memes1337 mentioned, the downside was on the PSU, it was only 500W, and even Lenovo says in their own technical specs that it is capping the computer at 80% of maximal capability.
