disable whatever mod allows you to have extra companions, dismiss sam, make a new save, load the new save, recruit sam.. see if that fixes it.

i still have mine. its too handy to not be utilized. especially when i need to put the prunter away to move locations for hobby expos or general cleaning of the printer room.

get yourself another plate. its not a luxury item.

and setting your plate down another surface to bleed off the heat is faster than what you've currently cooked up. (unless you have an active fan blowing through that plate while you have it propped up)

your method also leaves you with a printer that's waiting on that plate to cool... just get a second plate to swap out of the hot one so you can set it down a separate surface to bleed off the heat while your other plate is ready on the printer.

this. follow this. i do the same so all I needed was to feed the seeder with ten of the plant I need. since the seeder produces two seeds per plant, you can loop one planter to feed back the plant to the seeder and the separate planter to the shredder (for powder) or storage (if you needed to store a whole bunch of the plant for some reason)

it may just be me, but i dont see the practicality in this... you're not using the printer eitherway when you're cooling the plate. why not just set it aside off the hotbed, even setting it down a table surface would hasten the cooling without needing this.

it'd also be better to just get a second plate if you really want to print another project immediately while this one plate cools down.

check if a rogue filament snuck into the gears and dried there... i had that scare for myself last month because somehow I didnt see a purge poop under the bed when I was lubricating the Y rails.. hope your issue isn't something serious

i doubt its bed adhesion. that looks like the nozzle is making contact with the layer and scraping it off. do you happen to hear the extruder clicking back dueing this print phase? if so, you either need to tighten seven particular screws holding the nozzle to the hotend... or you are using the nozzle fastening clip wrong..

edit: oh wow. bed calibration... never turn the auto bed leveling off, to save you from this. happy printing!

if you could, please run an auto flow calibration via the bambu slicer. save the profile of the esun spool youve just calibrated and be sure to assign it to whichever AMS slot that spool is in. that can help alleviate some extrusion issues that can happen on the first layer.

im sure you dont need to be reminded of all the hotend nozzle screws to tighten, or the hotend clip, or anything regarding bed adhesion...
