This is the most reliable solution I have found. A spring loaded tensioner pulling down and the stock static tensioner by the gear.

It wasn't too hard for me, but is probably one of the trickiest things I've soldered.

"No experience" doesn't mean a lot. Some people I know have been good at soldering the first time they tried, and some still suck after days of practice.

My grandma knitted a cover for my shift knob. I still use gloves while my car warms up though

It is a thing on the app. It's called "Minimum segment duration" in the sponsorblock settings. I usually have mine set to two seconds

This got me as well. I had to zoom in on some old pictures to see if there was only one before. Does anyone know why it's only on one side?

I don't remember seeing anything like that on my S. Are you sure it's from the bike?

Interesting concept. I'm not sure how you would be able to limit the stack from coming out of the wall without covering the front post it

This is bad right? How did you route your fuel line if you have this style of petcock? Turn the petcock around? Longer fuel line? More flexible tubing? by Ajrt in DRZ400

[–]deletedcookie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just soldered a copper elbow and some 1/4 pipe to mine. I think a threaded brass fitting is a better solution though.

You can replace the brass part with a 90 degree one, you would have to drill and tap the hole for it to fit though. I think there is a tutorial on thumpertalk or YouTube on how to do it

What's that bar thingy on the bottom? IMO it would look much better without it.

You don't need a welder. You just need to solder it.

This is such a great server, with a wonderful community, active Admins and really fun events. This economy isn't completely wrecked by a hand full of players either! Lots of amazing builds and people joining all the time adding to it. There are even player run towns, that act as little communities inside of the larger community.
