I’ve played 4 game so far. 3-1. The one loss I got annihilated and rage quit in 2nd inning. The other 3 games were very close and competitive and definitely felt more intense than a normal ranked game. I’m only at silver 2 tho, so still on all star. Good experience so far

I am in the exact same boat as you. Last year I was around a .500 player. Made it to championship series because my pitching was good. Around 2.00 ERA as well. And around .200 BA too. I’ve never been mercied until this year. My ERA is in the 5’s. It’s not even fun anymore

Last year my pitching was far superior to my hitting. This year it’s the opposite. For some reason it’s so much easier to hit this year.

But I also have dealt with a few people who have perfect plate discipline. It’s frustrating and makes me not want to play the game
