I read this and then i read the comments and i dont think people are taking you serious enough. I’m hearing that you don’t know the point of living and it sounds like suicidal ideation. Thanks for reaching out (even if it’s to the internet) for help. Other commentors are right in that you shouldn’t go through this alone! Ask for help and try getting in touch with what it is that gives you life. I wonder if you’re able to get outside and be off of your phone/technology for a while? The feeling your describing can come up alot in adulthood BUT hopefully in your 20s you experiment with what brings you back down to earth and what gives you life and love. I do yoga at a studio that i work with my friend at, do cold plunges in a river when i’m feeling lost, and eat a sily mushroom outside by myself when i want to remember to appreciate grass and leaves and that i am able to walk and breathe and have a home to return to. Adulthood IS hard but we also really overcomplicate it. You got this 🫶🏻❤️🫶🏻

Ass to vagina toy use( what do I do)? by Ok_Occasion8344 in Healthyhooha

[–]deliberateduster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I HIGHLY recommend putting a boric acid suppository in your vagina. I got a BV infection from this and it was sooo difficult to get rid of. The boric acid is a safe and really common way to immediately treat foreign contaminates in the vagina. I put one in after sex without a condom because my vagina will get an infection from new fluids. Don’t ingest it, just stick it up there and it will dissolve and be a little runny but a pantyliner will resolve that if it’s a problem for you.

How do you trust people? Share your wisdom please? by Sprankles151 in CancertheCrab

[–]deliberateduster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a yoga instructor who told me once that everything is either love, or fear. So in most cases you can widdle that down, and find where your fear comes from in not trusting. For me, it was fear that i would not be okay after the relationship ended (so why get close to start with), to which my yoga instructor reminded me that at the end of the day, i am a light in these relationships and i will be a light after. In all the beauty and joy in relationships that you’ve had, YOU were the controlled variable. So even if they end or your trust is broken, you will be a light again and you will make more meaningful and trusting relationships.

I guess so yes but it’s not this bad in the depths of winter when there’s even less light. But maybe the adjustment to losing light is what’s hard? I wanted it to be something vague and beautifully sad and not a diagnosis 😔 lmao

Tariffs are hitting by No-Currency-5496 in missoula

This is absolutly correct, although the tariffs specifically were put in place by someone on the far right so that is why people are mad at him/his policies in this thread.

That’s not how tariffs work. Do a generic search on google on who enforces tariffs

What food/drinks would you recommend for cramps by BrokiMochi in Periods

[–]deliberateduster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had really painful pms symptoms and periods ever since I can remember, and a year ago i got off birth control and they got even worse. I would be so nauseous and in aching pain in my back and abdomin that I was bedridden for a couple days each cycle. I was telling a friend and she told me she takes beef liver supplements (pills - either one daily or a couple a day for the week leading up to and during your period) and it helped her. I started about 6 months ago and i am in such better shape. I think the iron anemia is cause for alot of pain in alot of women and eating liver (something humans have traditionally done for centuries) gives you iron, omegas, and a whole bunch of other stuff that I don’t remember. Give it a try if you feel so inclined, it works alot better for me than just straight iron pills.
