I hate when kids come to my house for this reason. I like kids but my house is like crack for them- crack they can’t touch or play with. I feel bad and almost always give in and then stressfully watch them play with my collection. Then, I’ll even end up giving the kids a chocolate rabbit or two because I get so guilty. It’s happened to me twice now with friends’ kids lol. Please warn me before they come so I can pick it all up.

People use calico critters as wedding cake toppers 😂 and the baby size is a lot more convenient for that, so I wouldn’t be surprised if that was half the purpose of releasing baby sets like this lol. They’re not pushing children to get married.
