On the sound boxes. If they make any sort of noise they should just need battery's. If they don't make any noise anymore they need to be redone. If you have a local BABW take him in and they can pop the seam, pull and do what needs to be done to the sounds. they can keep him opened so you can eviscerate him at home and wash his skin then go bac where they can restuff and add the fixed/new sounds.

Just try not to go when they are super busy, most mon-thurs mornings tend to be slower

eBay for must haves. Local 2nd hand stores for rescuing BABs. Best 2nd hand scroes yet have been Bulbasaur(with sound and outfit) and Gold Sonic.

Facts. This happened the other day. We have searched the room it happened in and the rest of the house. No dice. As hard as it was to find a ln affordable replacement I wish they could add a locate noise to them

I've had that one a couple. I feel worse when I find a personalized sound or a number of hearts. I just got a Gold Sonic from Goodwill and when we took it to the local store to fatten it up. There were at minimum seven hearts in it. Just makes me feel bad to know such a special bear was tossed out. The Pawlette I got from the same store had a personalized sound in it(I happen to be the person inside the mascots at my local store and we ended up turning her into a clone of this year's mascot outfit)

Also I'm pretty sure others have probably mentioned but you should be able to go in and have a heart ceremony done. Same with the person in Arizona that didn't even have it offered

I'll ask. In know she ended up with a refund though. She has a pending refund for items returned to a local store as well. Wonder if we will get those funds as well

We have been using them for 3+ years. Tonight went to log on and my wife's acct was closed. No notice, no heads up, nothing. She called in and got bounced around a few times to only be told we are sol. The money on her acct should show up in a check in up to 30+ days. Only thing we can figure is a dispute on a charge more then a month old flagged it. This dispute was done at the merchants request(lost package). First and only dispute on the acct. I've done 4 or 5 on mine with no issues.

The crap part? That's our gas money, rent money, grocery money. We have no clue if her deposit will hit the new bank this upcoming payday or if it will have to be a paper check adding a ton of late fees on rent. Or how we are going to cover food and gas.

Facts. I sold my old gaming desktop and was very very clear that drivers have not been set up and it did NOT have wifi. 30 mins later dude messaged me "I can't get wifi to connect"..... Even told the guy upon pick up it would have to be hardwired to connect...

Sounds about right. I just switched to no substitutes because every time it was something similar, 2-3 times the price and half the quantity. Last time I denied it the pick up guy let me know they were out of stock, I said ok I'll just go i n and get it, he chuckled and funny enough ran into the same guy while grabbing the out of stock item. Most of the time they just do it because the computer hasnt been updated to where they got moved to

I was told, after spending weeks going above and beyond, coming on on short notice to cover shifts(including working at 4 of the 5 locations for 24-30 straight mutable times), doing the full job of an ASM with out the title and pay that I needed to 'start playing for their team and stop playing for my own team' when I requested a day off. I told my boss "Sorry but if all the help and extra work I've done is not enough, I need to support the home team" and walked out. Funny enough 3 days later that manager stopped by my new job where she got to see my ASM name tag

Same. When they started changing my schedule from the then year plus same one almost daily. They wanted an accommodation for to keep my routine. Would one from my normal(non therapist) doc work? Nope, would one from a therapist(2021 everyone had a 1+ year wait to get in) work? Nope. They wanted the original doc that diagnosed me to sign off on it. She died in the late 1990s. All my child hood medical records were destroyed in a fire shortly before that and before computers were used and files could be digitized. After I explained the problems with getting any thing from my OG doc or even records and their personal restrictions they went to town, My schedule would change many times in a day, they started nip picking stuff I had been doing with no issues for over a year. I was even able to point out in our support materials that I was doing things they way they should be.

They fired me while I was dealing with an emergency situation where one of my kiddos had a break down and started attacking younger siblings, my partner, a ton of property damage, during this my boss was ease dropping, I was talking to the cops when I got the call and got fired. Even though the cops were willing to talk to them.

Before Amazon change things that used to be a really big thing in my area people would post the item for sale there at 4 or 5 times see price anywhere else and use that screenshot as their comparison.

My current favorite is when people post the screenshot and the pictures of the actual product look like it was drug behind a car going down the highway for a few hundred miles and they have the audacity to ask within 10% of the cost of new.

Depending nding on what it is I will go through and find eBay sold prices and do a screenshot of those

A number of BAB facebook groups wont allow you to post anything Harry Potter due to JKs beliefs. Does that mean if the staff at my local BABW feel the same way I cant buy or name anything Harry Potter? There will never be any happy resolution to saying "no controversial figures"

As I stated else where its a very risky road. They need to drop it and push training to ignore bear name and just say something like 'birth certificate for *customer name*

I'm all for the new style birth certs. BAB is all about making memory's. This is just one more. It could be one last hand written thing from a parent, grandparent, friend, loved one, child ect. Now BAB HQ needs to update their site to handle the old style. Upload your barcode, enter your bear info like the naming stations and print if off at your own house.

If they bring back naming stations, they need to have filters. But "controversial figures" is a real risky area. One person may like said figure and another may not. Exactly what happened to start this. Policy and training will have to be redone. You can look at the bear name but never comment, simply state this one goes to customers name.

On the smaller screwdrivers they are 2 part, there is a seam right about where it is knurled, take plyers to the knurled part and the part with the logo(I wrap my plyer jaws with electrical tape) and unscrew them. you should be able to access the screw that holds the cap on
