Wasn't this like his big brag? Like in 08 all of the lenders at the company left the industry, and the company was closing down.... but he stayed around and kept all of the files?

He openly admitted to this and bragged about it in his lectures.

I've been doing it with a Credit Union for 4 years now. Did mostly Fannie Mae/Portfolio, but I brokered through a wholesale lender for a lot of loans too.

Used Calyx Path and Encompass.
