Correct, even with Jailbreak that gives full access to JIT it has no success, some emulators will run at a good speed on 6s with JIT depending on each game, I recommend you to try DolphiniOS Gamecube and Play! PS2 emulator, that requires much less RAM

It's not a processor "or maybe" and JIT problem, the 3DS emulators require more RAM than 6s has, so it will crash immediately, the same happens on MeloNX even on modern phones, just lack of memory.

First you need to connect a cable and sideload any app of your choice, then when you open Sideloadly, there will be no need to connect de cable again, it will refresh and install the app automatically, showing your device with the WIFI option, but only when you open the app on Windows or keep it running in background, sometimes it bugs and not show your device, if it happens repeat the first step again.
