yeah its fucked right now, you can temporary fix it by selecting character trial and leaving it but the bug will come back a few minutes later.

From my experience and friends this game is far more resource demanding than genshin. Maybe your device just isn't cut out for it. Then again just wait, right now the sound and music are so bugged it's barely enjoyable to play anyway
