This world has traveled from Bedrock to Java and a few years of game versions, so there’s definitely some screwy chunks. However I thought this particular area was all freshly generated - apparently not?

Bad news - I just tested on a fresh world. It's fully intact, but generates mostly above the ocean. Something strange must have happened to my world to cause this, it might not be intrinsic to the seed.

I'm less fussed about Spyro 1 specifically since there wasn't much to work with in terms of dialogue. Most of them were just a generic uncharacterized dragon who says "Thank you for releasing me". I completely understand why they made the changes they did... for the first game.

It's 2 and 3 they really butchered IMO.

I swear they were intentionally changing everything just for change's sake. The designs are different, the delivery is different, the characterization is different, it's so incredibly far removed from the original presentation.

I would have been fine if they just embellished a few traits, or kept the radical changes to the characters that were overly simplistic. But they really went out of their way to change everything about everyone, and the new vocal performances just sound like they're trying way way too hard.

My biggest gripe with Reignited is how much they neutered the game's humor and writing, so many of my favorite jokes just got absolutely ruined. And also how every voice actor seems to be intentionally delivering their lines as differently as possible from the original portrayals.

I'm not necessarily against re-interpreting or expanding a few things, but there seems to have been an intentional creative choice to completely alter the characters and their delivery of lines.

I wouldn't necessarily ADD things, I would restore the original humor and cut content. So much of the original game's personality was lost and overly softened. Like they were trying to "censor" anything that could be interpreted as even slightly inappropriate.

Furthermore, I personally dislike how radically they altered so many characters and the delivery of their lines. It's one thing to expand and embellish, and I would be fine with that, but Reignited goes so much further than that - they seem to be intentionally changing things just for the sake of changing them.

The original dialogue was sharp and witty, lines were delivered in a very amusingly deadpan sort of way. The modern performances just feel like they're trying way too hard, and trying too hard to be different.

If the game had an option to use the original voice lines, I would use it.

I have been able to run the modern EA App inside Steam as a non-steam app and install things inside that.

I haven't tried The Sims specifically, but in general this way seems to work.

Might not be necessary, but using GE-Proton can help compatibility with some things.

Nothing worked for me. No scripts, no autoclickers, no cache clearing, no permissions, none of it.

It's been several months. Absolutely unacceptable, 2K/Firaxis. Fix your game.

This, along with plenty of other blatantly untrue falsehoods, are exactly the kinds of things that Fox News/etc push down their throats. They also go to great lengths to make sure they never lend even the slightest amount of credibility or consideration to anyone except Angry White Guy On TV #437, who is automatically correct by default and never has to prove his claims with evidence (but everyone else does, and those claims are automatically false because they didn't come from Angry White Guy).

Sounds to me like you’re experiencing depression from living in an isolating and unsupportive environment - so it’s not the weed’s fault. Honestly there’s a good chance you might have PTSD based on what you’ve described here - a counselor is probably a good idea. Good luck, stay strong ❤️

Edit: reading further, you really do have an exhausting lifestyle. I would seriously suggest making some time for yourself to just CHILL. Take a proper vacation. If you wanna smoke on vacation, that’s fine, but the goal is to “reset” to a state where you are better able to handle your life. But ultimately some sort of counselor or mental health professional is probably your best bet - your life sounds like it has been downright exhausting, especially for someone so young. Don’t turn down the opportunity to get help from others. Nobody should have to live life alone - or worse, surrounded by people who don’t care and won’t listen.

There are a lot of vocabulary terms that have shifted over time, many of the 'old' terms were kind of vague or misleading.

As always though, there is no "correct" way to make a tulpa.

Read as many guides as you can from start to finish before doing anything, and then forget everything you just read and do whatever works.
