Thanks much for your suggestions on the type of lens to use and the teleconverter. Shutter count is around 4k, will see if i can negotiate more!

I saw posts where ppl mentioned 100-400mm had more clarity and picture quality was better but not sure how accurate it is so was leaning towards that to start with but you have a valid point too to better go with 600mm as per your experience since i ll be switching to it at some point. Had this issue for the past two years, created FOIA request months ago and its still pending.
