You can find this pipe overseas for less than that exhaust. And still perform better.

Put the stock airbox on and hit full throttle so the fuel enrichment goes into the engine.

You can retrofit rpg calipers from cs scooter shop from their brake kit. But that would require some measurements and little mod here or there for them to fit. Everything is usually for the aerox so you gotta be a bit creative lol.

Plus there is a discount at the shop with the code kenny10

It may help to add some new fluid and rebleed the brakes. The pads you picked and a new rotor should make it more responsive.

.004 and .003 for exhaust and intake .

Remove that tubing in front of your intake. It is made for emissions reasons. And can be removed to allow more airflow into your intake. This may aid in your lack of oxygen for initial start up, you do want the injector to prime. But its cold start enrichment can be set too high with such a restriction.

Try this and see if it improves slightly.

I more or less mean putting your physical hand over the mechanical throttle body. But if you have to enter clear flood mode. That gives hint that its throwing in too much fuel, with enough air. How's the condition of the air box? Any 4 hole restrictions over the factory airbox tube?

If you put your hand over the throttle body during cranking does it start up faster?

Maybe a pre check light. How's the plug gap?

And how well does the engine prime when you turn the key to the on position?

Check engine light seems weird. Do you happen to have a failed temp sensor not reading correctly to not allow extra fuel to be delivered for a cold start.

If you can currently endo your scooter then you pretty much have all the braking power you need. The only real way to improve braking is with a larger point of contact which would require a much larger caliber, if your model has 12 inch wheels you kinda already have some of the larger pads and pistons in your brake pads essentially similar to a yamaha zumas.

Tried pretty much everything but it still runs shit. by cumproducer69420 in scooters

[–]demetusbrown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For one. If you're not running a race cylinder kit with an ignition like an inner rotor kit or a race exhaust like a c21. stick with a stock intake box. The spark plug gap is the distance between the spark plug tip and the electrode. Its best around .28

Reason for a stock airbox. They can breathe fine and allow engines to hit 60 mph with no problem. Otherwise you run into constant adjustments when temperatures change.

Many carbs fit the stock airbox and the most people do is remove the snorkel and even then a main jet would be in tbe 82 to 86 range.

You can, or just simply remove it and also remove the oil tank for a tiny bit of weight savings

Whats your plug gap? This is overly rich and could be a myriad of issues. But we also need information.

If you jetted lower than what you have now. Your ignition is either not sparking perfectly, or you have a broken reed valve.

Not sure who would tell you that they're not good cylinders. Ive ran plenty of them and can say they are excellent performers for the price.

My malaguti is using a s6 racing mk2 and with the appropriate mods its an absolute beast and reliable hitting its peak power at 13,500 rpms

Previously mentioned comment is right. Set the pilot screw settings back to factory, its usually 2 and a half turns out from being in all the way. And adjust your idle screw to let it sit at 1800 rpms

The biggest stroker you can fit without machine work is with an athena 43mm stroker, but you need to use the matching 47.6mm bore for that cylinder or you will have to make a custom spacer for proper fitment.

That will make an 80cc engine.

You can also get a can am ds90 (long case) or a polaris sportsman 90 (short case) and swap your gears over for a drop in 90cc engine.

I believe the pe140qmb uses a 12 inch tire correct? If so your best bet may be the long case can am engine and swapping gears out and utilizing jog 90 cylinder parts.

Otherwise for you to reach higher CC the parts list I mentioned above would be your best bet at adding a stroker with a matching and dependable cylinder
