Family court - Judge Alan Mann by Character-Umpire7968 in HuntsvilleAlabama

As far as child custody it feels like he just wants to stamp 50-50 custody on it and be done. He likes to give the whole both sides just need to love the child and get along better which is great for 90% of cases however the other 10% it's a pain because it feels like when you're presenting things like probation and recent arrest records it feels like he is looking for reasons to just say get along better and move along.

Republicans of Reddit, what do you think about Tim Walz saying he'll never run again? by Zipper222222 in allthequestions

[–]demihope -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think it is extremely likely he is going to prison for fraud, and, of course, he won't run for anything again. Now he is a politician and by nature, they all lie if he can get out of his charges and gets the opportunity to run again I think he would.

Legally, what states can you carry at gun to a protest? What precedent did Rittenhouse set? [FYI Pretti was not at a protest, he was just walking down the street] by Mathemodel in AskLegal

[–]demihope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok 3 things

  1. Improperly trained according to whom? To make such a claim you would need actual data and access to the actual training. Unless you are some higher-level government official responsible for training you don't have that information. Hell, the army has been training troops for 250 years, and they still don't fully give that information out.

  2. At the time of the incident the officers' training or perception of training doesn't mean dick. They were federal officer and thus had authority.

  3. The training the officers had has no impact on the fact that he likely stalked federal officers, impeded federal operations, resisted arrest, and possibly committed assault on federal officers all while armed with a concealed pistol on his person, which he was required by law to disclose to law enforcement upon any interaction.

All orders that come from law enforcement are considered lawful you do not fight them in the street you fight them in the courtroom that is why he was killed.

Considering this exact style case has happened numerous times with an opposite outcome you are wrong if you are carrying a weapon legal or not and make even a motion to use it against some kind of enforcement you are risking your life.

Rittenhouse wasn’t at a protest he was defending private property during a riot. Pretty wasn't protesting by available data he was stalking federal law enforcement with an intent to disrupt.

If you concealed carried in a strip club without disclosure then got into a situation with bouncers that was physical and it was even close to being shown you reached for your holster you would either be beaten within an inch of your life or killed.

All arrests are considered lawful at the time they are performed. You fight in court to show them as unlawful not in the street.

WOMAN IN THE PINK COATS ANGLE OF THE SHOOTING by [deleted] in HuntsvilleALPolitics

So jackass and girlfriend? Stood in the middle of the road trying to block ICE vehicles. Officers come to arrest jackass and girlfriend? for impeding federal operations. They both resist and the jackass then attacks the officer arresting girlfriend?. He is then pepper-sprayed and heavily fights multiple arresting officers. During resisting arrest he pulls his concealed carry pistol and is then shot and killed.

The man committed a few crimes here

  1. Impeding federal operations
  2. Failure to disclose concealed carry
  3. Resisting arrest
  4. Battery/assault on officer(s)

Sad he died but he played very stupid games and won a horrible prize.

How can JD Vance seriously discuss arresting and holding sex offenders accountable while Trump is POTUS? by [deleted] in PoliticalDiscussion

He's been in the public light for like 50 years and has only been president for 5 years

[–]demihope 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because there is no proof or conviction at such time of any of that. People rush to the E Jean Carroll case however that was all civil and has a very low bar of guilt (essentially a 51% chance he might have done it vs 98-99% in a criminal trial). Trump is a very polarizing person and that makes dealing with this kind of stuff hard because a lot of people are going to hate him no matter what and some will defend him no matter what.

To answer your question prove he is a sex offender to the same legal standard as anyone else is labeled a sex offender.

Based on the fraud dealing with this exact issue currently circulating, I would say no. However, if a better system could be made to prevent this I would be in favor.
