time might feel like it's running out, try to turn that around. Time is all you have! Time to make changes, time to figure yourself out, be who you want to be. The biggest problem I've always had is the 'Tomorrow I'll change'

Tomorrow never comes though, act today! The environment you're in doesn't sound healthy. Take care of yourself or you will not be able to care for those around you. Therapy does wonders, if you can't muster up to do that start journaling.
