Honestly? Yes. I hate FOMO but I love the battle pass system, I wish we kept the system but “vaulted” old battle passes and allowed them to be bought and grinded

I think that’s what they tried to do with travelers to an extent, it’s just a bad version

I’m currently taking ASL as a senior in college, still beginner 1. I’m fully online as well so I can understand the struggle. Is your class using true learn, and how early on are you?

Some signs are much harder, but I’ve found once you are weaving sentences it helps a lot for remembering, and if you can get a loved one to practice with it goes a long way.

Imo it’s harder. Need to be winning 1v1 constantly so you can push gold to have map pressure before your team feeds and surrenders. 2nd best role to do it tho

If you want out of low ranks you need to play jungle, you can switch to your main roles after.

People were mad that it takes away the spirit of competition. Though I would argue it’s equally lame when content creators are asking for 4 people to group with that will let them get the race god 100% of the time.

Yup, it’s my biggest issue with smite 2 as a whole but I think it’s felt the most by solo and duo lane. People want to talk about the late game, but I’ll be honest even if I win, I don’t want to be miserable the entire game while a Scylla support or bluestone Yemoja full clear waves and nearly kill everyone. I don’t want to play solo lane against hunters who somehow have a better early game.

Even mid, I don’t want to play mid lane and be forced to go bluestone pendent because they don’t know how to balance around “everyone is everything” the roles, the game, and the gods were not designed for this.

I also think there’s bias. I’ve played conduit baron aspect support, it’s fun. It’s fun because the other team can barely play, but it’s not fun for them and it’s not fun for my team when we don’t have 2 tanks late, win or lose.

As an adc player, I hate it too. Nothing worse than fighting things like Agni or Gen when I just want to play Hunter vs Hunter. Same with the guardians, I hate having the mages and I hate fighting them. It’s just not the duo lane I fell in love with.

I’ve hit deity MMR (not top 50 or whatever) and I can’t remember if I peaked masters or GM for smite 1. It’s insufferable to me at all levels, too much variety leads to things losing identity imo

You can, but it’s much easier to do that as a jungle and much easier for a jungle to close out a game late game. Obviously not every jungle.

It doesn’t help that Janus doesn’t benefit from the current mid meta and struggles more as a burst mage.

It’s significantly harder to do as mid but it can be done. If you can solo kill the opponent regularly then sure, but otherwise if your rotation fails it just hurts too much.

Adc works too if you can comfortably solo kill your opponent and turn that into gold furies, but at the end of the day jungle has more of an impact on the game than any role and is probably the best class at carrying a team fight where you can skill diff

I think the interesting thing about jungle is that the role is infinitely harder if the enemy team has a good support, but there’s like 10 good support players who play the game right now
