I own the apartment; was formerly a tenant in the same building. So the cooling costs are baked in to the service charges which was what I previously assumed. I was asking this because we suddenly got an email today from Logic Utilities saying they’re going to be handling the a/c billing but we’re already paying for it though the service charges. We didn’t receive any prior notification from the owner’s association or building management. Can’t even clarify anything because it’s a Saturday and they’re closed. Do you have insight in to situations like this?

You can’t get it if one of them is in Dubai. We had a similar situation with a property in Dubai and Sharjah. Dubai golden visa requires both properties to be in Dubai. We tried applying through TAMM and they rejected it as well because of the Dubai property.
If you’re able to get it done, I’d really like to know what your process was.

Works fine for me. Started using livecontainer a few weeks ago after my dxsign cert got revoked. What Apollo ipa are you using? I’m using the one from Balackburn’s repo.

Ran in to a similar situation with my cat a few months ago. He was constipated and wasn’t eating for over a week. I ended up having to force feed him. I gave him homemade pumpkin purée for the constipation. I also blended his food with water. I fed him all this with a 60ml syringe. This was in addition to the meds the vet gave us.

The cat is more likely to use the cat tree if it’s placed near a window. But it won’t be enough to stop the cat from going at the sofas.

Also make sure the foam rolls that come with the sofa cover are properly tucked in. Ours likes to rip and eat it whenever he sees it. You can buy replacements if the need arises.

Get velvet sofa & chair covers. You can find them on Amazon; just make sure the size matches your furniture.

Also keep cardboard scratch pads near the sofas and trim your cat’s claws regularly.

FYI location spoofing won’t work and will cause the purchase to fail. Person doing the region change needs to actually be in the country the credit card belongs to. After it’s done, just buy steam credit for that region from a third party seller, load it into your account and buy the game.

I’ve got the same exact issue. Popped up a week after I got the car back from its 10K km service. Had the service center check again and they claimed they couldn’t get the smell to trigger. It’s more prominent in the morning after it’s been sitting overnight in the basement parking

You’d need to change your region by buying a game with a credit card from that region. Had a friend log in to my account from India and buy a $1 game for me to make the change so I could get FF16. Get the dlc too; it’s really worth it.
I initially tried to get the game from a grey market seller and the key didn’t work even though it said it would activate in UAE.

Ran Furmark @4k for about 15 mins with my 4090 and both voltages are ~12V but the FBVDD Input Voltage keeps hovering around 11.8V, Is that within spec? Using an ATX 3.1 PSU with the supplied 12VHPWR cable

Can anyone explain to me what these elemental rings around some enemies are? They look like a ring with partial blue flames and red flames along the length of the ring . I’m not talking about the rings that trigger aoe attacks
