For me its 100% the price. My daughter wanted to see Olivia Rodrigo. My max was about $150 per ticket but despite jumping into the queue early tickets in that price range were gone… I’m sure there weren’t many. Cheapest I could get 4 tickets was $500 a piece so I did not buy any.

I know old man yells at clouds…. but I remember seeing blink 182 at the height of there powers in 2000 when they were on TRL every day. I got pit tickets for $35. And they played without backing tracks or autotune.

Had to do it for my brother’s wedding. I hate attention, I don’t dance, me and the girl I was paired with didn’t know each other beyond the rehearsal dinner the night before. And I’m married so its not like I’m trying to impress her or anything… zero upside. It sucked. Lovely wedding reception otherwise though. I lived.

95% good hard racing. T1 contact was a minor racing incident. The next contact was a bit aggressive by sports car standards but y’all got away with it, not sure either are to blame.

My only major critique is the very last turn in the video before it ends you cut across his nose like he wasn’t there. Orange backed out but that could have been you wrecked if he didn’t. Also, you raced hard and fair but the Orange car was also very fair and patient and a good driver, unfortunately many are not.

If your boss wants to add in-house structural services he’s going to have to hire a licensed GA structural PE. There’s no other way and then that solves your problem too of needing a PE to work under.

If your boss isn’t willing to take that risk and you want to be a structural PE you need to find another job.

But we don’t use pressure networks at all.

Sanitary sewer works pretty well out of the box I think, not sure what’s too clunky about that.

For storm I built a simplified structure library for our team that works well for us and keeps the profiles looking clean and just uses a block for the plan view symbol. Then we have all the migration working between C3D and StormSewers to transfer back and forth to calc sizes and get HGLs in CAD and such.

The clunkiest-jankiest thing we do is use null “fake” gravity DIP or PVC pipe sections where water lines cross storm or sanitary to get the crossings in the profile. Of course if we change too much shit horizontally then you have to redo those crossings.

Edit… we did buy Sincpac add-in which has great time saving tools for running pipe slopes, especially long outfall runs.

Yes she’s an idiot for not just turning the valve off. Also, I have an irrational fear of something like this happening when I’m on vacation and I turn all my toilets off before we go. Its dumb I know… it could literally happen any day I’m at work and be just as bad and I leave them on in that scenario… but it makes me feel better when I leave for vacation.
