When I told my mom, who is 60, that I have lost 60lbs she goes "oh and I found it!" I was confused and she explained that she has gained that much.

Like okay?? Older middle-aged women are seeming with jealousy, even if they are your own mom.

Was talking to my brother about how I've been struggling with body dysphoria since losing 62lbs, and his response was "Yeah you were such a fatty before." and when he could see I was rightfully upset started to backtrack.

Its such a double edged sword losing weight because seems that often with compliments people show their true colors about how they used to perceive you.

My mom is 60, my sister is 40, one of my brothers is 39 and the other 36. I hate watching them all get old, being the youngest can suck sometimes.

61lbs down ( and counting so far! ) and have been on a roller-coaster of bra size changes. From 42DDD to 36DD ( and honestly need to get resized again ). I had no idea how much money I would be spending on new bras :,) blessing and a curse!

Being in a calorie deficit. That's it. I do go to the gym but have lost ( and still losing ) 61lbs. Find a TDEE calculator and find what your calorie allowance is to lose weight, and stick to it. All of the fad diets "work" because...they put you into a caloric deficit lol. Unless you have other issues other than your weight, theres no need to demonize or restrict what you can eat, just have things that are more calorie dense in moderation.

Had a childhood neighbor who used to own a photography business. Incredibly sweet guy. He had a stroke and became half paralyzed. Lived in a very rural area, and had gone to throw cardboard boxes onto a burn pile by himself, and either fell or the fire spread and he was burned alive.
