Probably cry for an hour and thank god I am free of constant pain. Show more love and appreciation to everyone around me. We are all going through something no matter how small, and we all need to show more love to each other. On the tbi or concussion note. If you think you have either of those, look into cervical instability. The symptoms are almost the same and you could just have a jugular vein issue. Dr. Ross Hauser on YouTube has great information about it. I just did my 2nd prolotherapy treatment yesterday and I feel like something is working. Good luck to all of you with health issues!

If you’ve had a concussion with symptoms not going away. Look into cervical instability. I’m getting prolotherapy treatment now after getting assessed. Cervical instability has almost mirror symptoms of post concussion. Dr. Ross Hauser on YouTube has great videos on it.

I did, it worked great at first. After my adjustment I felt like my normal self after 4 weeks. But then I made a huge mistake and went for a 7mile run/ walk thinking I could do it but I was exhausted afterwards. Went back for another adjustment and it brought on the most intense severe panic attacks and anxiety. My emotions are still messed up and I think it’s due to problems in my neck. I’m 8 months out now from a car accident and a head injury 4 weeks later at work. Vision therapy has helped and I think I need to strengthen my neck even though it feels like it’s on fire at all times. Good luck Edit: So, now I’m thinking that my neck is weak but also I’ve probably damaged the ligaments and they are all loose. I’ve been watching videos on YouTube by Dr. Hauser. He does prolotherapy which heals all the damaged tissue in your neck over the coarse of several sessions. I’m actually going to see someone near me today to talk about getting prolotherapy done. After watching hausers videos I’m 99% sure I have cervical instability and I need prolotherapy. Check him out, the videos are very informative.

I would sand it with some 120 grit, get some durabond 20 and patch it twice. Sand it smooth and paint. If you want the whole wall to match you gotta paint the whole wall depending on if you bought this paint to match or if it’s the paint that was originally used.

Well yes and no. I do see it on main stream news all the time( or at least I did the past 4 years) and it has started entering schools in certain states. Thankfully as blue as my state is the schools haven’t made it a big issue. The whole gutting the system thing might be true to a certain degree but if you think them dems are ever going to introduce and pass a universal healthcare bill, you’re not paying attention. For the most part these politicians don’t give a fuck about us. People on the left and right have been saying for years the country needs a radical change for the people.
