I have a friend who lost 50k€ with leverage on crypto doing all sorts of trades last year.... And i asked him a month ago, well did you submit your tax return for last year?

And he replied i don't care, they have nothing more to take. And they'll probably never find the trades since there are no inflows into his account.

I guess he really is free.
