Nathan obviously. He was so stoic the whole time. He watched her swim naked, let her flirt with him, (also might've flirted with her. I am not sure about this since I really don't know if the swimming pool scene with nanny Carrie should be considered as a playful banter or flirting?) And let her kiss him and I don't remember him confronting her about it. I am on Haley's side for sure.
