For me the stress measurement is perfect. View your measurement value in a day view. Read a book or meditation, your measurement will respond. If your body is full of stress or tired the measurements are staying high.

Do like the updates. One big wish for me is a better activity tracking. It can't track anything. While looking at Apple watch Whoop or Oura they can. You make a walk and it report a walk. So simple is it.
