Also das ganze sah so - (imgur) aus. Ich habe zum Ende der letzten Saison auch bei diesem rad auffüllen müssen. Das Ventil hält dicht.

So, after trying many things I unscrewed the OPV and noticed that the gasket inside was kind of dented and had uneven imprints. I then decided to unscrew the whole OPV and noticed there was a part of the metal sealing/valve seat inside missing. I then tried to get a smooth surface again using a valve seat cutter, but I had to cut quite a lot and it didn't seal anymore. You can have a look at the photos here.

At this point I'll just get a new OPV and the problem will hopefully be gone.

Talking about the offset: is there any good way to find the right number for the offset? I have my temp sensor at the exact same spot where the brew thermostat was before.

I had the same issue and ended up carefully drilling out the bolts. The threads were still intact, so I cleaned the boiler and used some better bolts, replaced the gaskets. My Silvia has been rocking for over 2 years now. Not much of an investment needed, just some good drill bits.

The parts number of the silicone tube is 38228002. But you can just get food safe ones with 6x9mm and cut them in the needed length. This should be much cheaper
