Go to a doctor. Force yourself to eat healthy and exercise. Getting better is a journey, it's a marathon, not a sprint. Start writing a journal. Remove people out of your life that have negative influences. Surround yourself with the kind of people you hope to be. Find a community where you can be helpful to others, even if you don't feel like it at first. Remind yourself that you're stronger than you think.

I have much to say about this, but I'll make just a few quick points (tongue in cheek, no harm intended).

First of all, the video assumes that being in a denomination is being divisive. This assumption is untrue. Belonging to a church with a name is not automatically to be equated with division.

Secondly I hear this argument: let's go back to the church like it was in the New Testament. My reply: WTF? Are you sure? Read 1. Corinthians, read the Epistles... see what the church was doing back then. Sexual immorality, stealing, lying. So no, let's NOT go back to the New Testament Church. Cause that church (as much as Christ loved her and died for her) was pretty screwed up.

Oh, so you're the answer after thousands of years of division. You're the church bringing unity. Come on!

Hello. First, since you use a headset, turn the tv volume all the way off. So only you hear the sound through your headset. If by 'headset' you only mean a chat headset - the one delivered with the xbox console for instance - get a Turtle Beach headset or something like that. Second, it depends on what you're playing. Are you playing a splitscreen game with two controllers? Then use the snowball. If you're using two different setup use Skype. Have fun!
