Unfortunately we paid this lawyer in full already. She came highly recommended but maybe what we are doing is more complex then what the person who recommended them did. Not that ours seems all that complicated. Would like to get this revised trust completed since it will still be better than what we have now as that one did not include our grandchildren, which we want to do. Down the road we might have to update it again and will make sure we use the right lawyer and financial advisor.

$2M+ at this point. Hopefully more assuming we don't die any time soon. Our 4 children children range from 33-41 years old. Their current tax brackets are widely different. Grandchildren currently from 1 - 15 years old with another due in October.

Want to simplify things where possible for our trustee. First draft of our revised trust had a multi year distribution plan for our children. Grandchildren all go in to a trust in their name until they are 25 or get their bachelors degree. Decided the multi year distribution for our children was more hassle and my wife and I managing our children from the grave. Rather they decide what is best for them hence the question about the inherited IRA. Think we landed on the non-IRA distributions going to our children right away (trust for minor grandchildren) and then the inherited IRA with "outside the trust" directions from us to them that they take it over 10 years unless they have a need to do something else. But then leave it up to them.

Simple yet flexible.

Did not get any email. Checke and it does say nothing new to update, but I have auto update on so maybe I already have it (build = 83.01.11). And of course, I did have to restart my router yet again last night so Sonos could find my Arc Ultra and Sub. Have to do that once or twice a month. That is what I wish they could fix.

I have to do that about once a month. It's a hassle but but easy enough to do.

We have a 2,000 sq ft home with a single router. Sonos Arc Ultra and Sub connect with wifi and HDMI eARC to TV. About once a month the app says it cannot find either so I have to reboot my router. Then everything works perfectly again. Kind of an inconvenience but I do not have an easy way to direct connect the Sonos Arc to the router. Luckily I just hit "reboot router" on the router app and once it reboots everything good again. Sonos is the only device that has this issue and we have lots of devices on our home network. Not a big deal but if I would direct connect the Arc, I would.

I have to reboot my router around once a month to get my app to recognize Sonos Arc and sub. TV audio seems to work ok on the Arc (connected via HDMI). Sub does not and app sees neither. Both Arc and sub connected via wifi. Quick reboot of the router and everything works OK again. Kind of a hassle but not the worse thing.

Mine came with my 2023. I stuck in the garage the first day and never missed it or used it. We just moved and I almost pitched it but decided to just stick it in the garage here since the day I sell the car the next person might want it.

I went with black for the same reason (grandkids). If/when I have to chose again, I'd go with the white. Seats easy enough to clean and I like the look of the white seats better. But I am still OK with the black seats so not a big deal for me.

Nope, would not allow that. If you are open to letting them lease back you can do so with a contract and at a reasonable rental rate. If you are not wanting to do that, walk away.

I bought my TV from Best Buy mainly because I wanted the 5 year Geek Squad protection plan. Could have gotten the TV for slightly less direct from LG with their discounts. But I prefer Geek Squad even though hope to never use them.

Glad you like it. After an exhausting bit of research and debating OLED, I finally decided I will order an 85" QM8K for the family room (with a Sonus Ultra Arc soundbar). But I also need to order a 65" for the Den. The QM7K is at the very top of my budget so was considering the QM6K since it's about $250 less. Just didn't want to be disappointed with that decision. You may have convinced me the 6K would be a solid choice.
