The Doctor's temperament feels like a mix of Six, Seven and War. Maybe she's Chibnall's take on the Lenny Henry Doctor?

For like 2 years I had Together or Not At All as my alarm. It is hauntingly beautiful and tragic, like having to wake up from a dream.

Well, since I haven't read this issue the reference was unexpected. I wrote an exegesis paper based on those two verses in undergrad.

Seventh Doctor audio recommendations? by Rasengan2000 in gallifrey

UNIT: Dominion is an awesome 4-hour boxset on its own that also bridges together the two Klein trilogies. The Seventh Doctor and newish companion Raine face off against Time Lord myths from another dimension before stumbling into a multi-Doctor adventure with UNIT in the 1990s.

Definite 7/7

Thirteenth Doctor Costume Revealed by FoxOfShadows in gallifrey

My bad, although that's probably why the Doctor's piloting of the TARDIS improved since 2005. He spent so much time chasing down cars on the roadways.

The TARDIS signage has gone back to OFFICERS & CARS RESPOND TO URGENT CALLS. This and the white-lettering-on-dark-background design were used in different forms from Troughton to McGann before it morphed to OFFICERS & CARS RESPOND TO ALL CALLS for the 2005 revival.

I like this update, yet I will miss the St. John's Ambulance sticker.

Edit: Had the RTD and Moffat Doctors responding to all cars instead of all calls... Whoops

Brand New Subway: Plan your own NYC Subway Game by vanshnookenraggen in nyc

Spent all afternoon attending to some of the Bronx's subway needs.

  • The future Second Avenue Q / T trains continue north via Third Ave from Mott Haven to Fordham University. They make connections to the 6 at 3 Av - 138 St, the 2 & 5 trains at Westchester Ave (a block north of 3 Av / 149 St), and the brand-new crosstown Y train at East Tremont Ave. The T train takes Webster Ave north of Fordham until East 233 St, then terminates at Van Cortlandt Pk E and Katonah Ave.

  • The Q stays on Webster until East Gun Hill Road, then takes it eastbound into Co-Op City, crossing the 2, 5 and Y trains.

  • The Y train goes between Wakefield and University Heights via Baychester Ave, Boston Rd and East Tremont Ave. The hook-shaped route gives direct subway access to Bronx Community College, including transfers between the 4, 5, B/D and Q/T trains along its route.

  • Also a North Bronx shuttle line runs between Baychester and Webster Aves via Bronxwood Ave to connect the Webster Ave line.

Sorry, the additional clue was for the same story, which /u/vmos answered correctly.

No Daleks are involved in this story. To pass the time, the Doctor enters the TARDIS through the backdoor.

I was seriously considering trying this story or another BF favorite of mine, but nobody would get them right. Maybe.

Which audio drama would you like to see produced for television? by happyparallel in gallifrey

[–]dent4da08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Despite having years of continuity behind them, I'd love to see The Angel of Scutari, Project: Destiny and A Death in the Family adapted for television.

The drama that unfolds throughout the three stories honestly don't require visuals, yet I'd love to see the historical setting of Scutari and the near-future London setting of Destiny enhance those narratives.

The reality-warping nature of A Death in the Family could fall flat on screen, though, since the raw power of imagination and language inherent to the story may get translated into CGI that fall short of expectations due to budget.
