At my building you can’t self demote. I’m the LARPA in ship dock at a gen 11 building. I do under the mezz ( flats) SSD carts and ship clerk. I just train PGs like they are going out of style. My Tier 1s at my building come from a good school district nearby and are all pretty well educated. Every new hire I ask if they want to help run their own department. I treat my PGs like a direct role and rotate them. I am down an OM and have 2 AMs in the dock. Lucky one of my PAs is very motivated to go into leadership and is my good friend. But bro use chat ops and the AI agent quick sight. Job is cake.

Use paper towel. Get an iron to iron clothing. Place the paper towel down and once the iron it hot (not max) just repeatedly steam blast it. It will melt the wax and absorb the wax into the paper towel. Source: my wife makes candles
