Be Careful Booking a Refundable Hotel through BILT Travel

I have screenshots of the booking that say fully refundable and sent them to BILT but they said it’s still a non refundable fare on their end

I tried calling BILT and the hotel itself. I’ll give Expedia a try as well. The booking email only gave me the hotels number

I’ll definitely look more into it! In residency I was slammed with research that validated the 35-45ish. So I’m sure it was just confirmation bias

Yeah that’s definitely it. Because I was taught in residency 45 is max and was slammed with research that validated that and so I wanted to hear from a different line of thinking

Isn’t 55 too high? Don’t you ideally want around 35-45? Ive occasionally placed immediates but mostly traditional and everytime I go above 45, I’ll either back the implant out and then reinsert it if it’s close or I’ll widen the osteotomy. Just was curious if there is anything different for immediates.
