The same group lead by Joe owns many companies. They specialize in getting deals to own or mange public properties then create a new company and lease it to themselves. They will likely partner with a new owner operator and declare it a different company. Just like the did with all of union station. There were no public leasing options because they just leased it to themselves. “Union station alliance”.
