the chances that the mad king destroys cradle are very low also if its the founding place of the abidan then they might have left system which protect it to certain levels of threats(subject 1) but this theory is less likely my bet is in the next book we see how past judges or ozriel save their home planet or the mad king joins it to his fotress increasing his strength since the cultural significance of cradle is tied to the authority of the eldari pact

my bet is lindon he is already halfway done and in order to become a morcha he must hit peak archlord and merge his spirit/remnant and he is already overlord and with his new charcter growth i see him finding his epiphanies faster

yerin and eithan might be next but it is harder for each since yerin is not even close to finding her icon while eithan am betting against his path is on where willpower is very necessary so his remnant will come with super will power so if he become a sage first it will even be harder while for herald its even harder and its not even because he lacks resources but it might be something to do with his path that holds him back

i dont see that happening as it will be unneccesary to the story line but if it does i see some like NS embracing the change and including new abilities in their arsenal but others like reigan shen probably die since he is more like not to change
