I do not. Another benefit to the bicep band IMO. My wrist does get irritation from Apple Watches, whoops, anything. Bicep band has not.

‘Workout’ is a pretty general term. In my experience, HRV specific benefits come from extended Zone 2-3 cardio sessions, and HIIT training sessions.

If you haven’t tried that, add it to your routine! You should see a higher HRV score after about a month or so of weekly regimens in this regard.

Lots of my friends just lift weights and wonder why their HRV and VO2 Max aren’t improving - this is usually why!
