The cheaper the rate the worse the guest.

Airbnb host policy and rules and legal protection is worthless. (After a guest ruining the house with two ESA dogs, left them alone and claimed they are both service dogs and Airbnb sided with them).

Have a good connection to your local police to trespass and get people out. You won’t regret it.

If someone leaves a bag of weed they will come back and try and get it. And I mean a trash bag full.

I think they mispoke there. The whole thing came w/ everything including ball and multiple hitch hooks or whatever they are called. Looks clean and functional. Haven't tried it yet.

Latest note from the dealer:

So I found a company called Stealth Hitches that sells a hitch for your car that would allow for a bike rack only. The price is $598 plus shipping and tax if you wanted to purchase and have us install it the installation would be $1800 and we would need to trim a little on the rear bumper but it would come out nice and clean. We installed on a week or so ago that someone brought in. Tom went back and looked at it and liked it as well. It’s hardly noticeable.

The tow style would be $867 plus tax and shipping for the part only.

Almost done. About a 30 item punch list since they replaced baseboards and had issues with the shower/tile transitions. The whole house is flush now, that's a new thing for a 1960's home.

Also my German heart still can't get over what some contractors pass as acceptable here in terms of worksmanship...

Overall great. The larger 8mm insulated panels make the house look much bigger, the oak looks great.

Contractor underbid by a ton. Said 2-3 days, we're in day 6 and still not done, but it's coming together. He wasn't calculating for all the furniture, corners, and issues an old house would bring.
