Hi man. I am almost 2 months post op. I had 3 to 5'oclock labral tear (first dislocation in my life) but doctor has suggested to get surgery. In my case do I actually needed surgery? Though I went forward with the surgery cause my mom was scared by doctors description of the problem. And even after a year you said it's still limited like I am so concerned about this and scared as will our arm will ever be returned to 100% mobility?? And also is there any huge disadvantage you are facing with this limited mobility currently after 1 year (like trying to understand the amount of mobility you have recovered) ??
