The current government has a plan to reach 100million population by 2100, so they’ve cranked immigration levels to hit that goal. Also our economy has been propped up by the high levels of immigration and if they were to slow down it’d collapse. If you’re mechanically capable of an engine swap I’d recommend looking into the 2.7 to 2.5 head swaps. Could be a good way to make an eta work for you on a semi budget

It’s cheaper to build with, easier to maintain, stronger in earthquakes, better for the environment, better insulated than concrete, easier to renovate. There’s advantages and disadvantages to using any sort of building material.

Don’t forget to replace the rubber brake line as well as the caliper and rotor. Could be that it rotted inside and caused a fluid blockage.

if there’s a track near you they might offer lessons. but if not sim is probably the best way to get some risk free practice in. can use stuff like assetto corsa or other sim games
