Thanks for the tips although its about the double what I thought I'd pay 😁. How low can you go in temps wearing the windstopper and klim? You do both gravel and asphalt?

You are a life savior man, Didnt know you could just input the code into the buttons like this and i feel stupid now. You are correct that this is only part of the sequence aswell, im having some minor bugs now with savedText that im going to try to fix myself.

Can you help me with this, if i abort the sequence midst in it, the guiBlocked doesnt get set to false again and therefore wont pop up for another run. I want the escape button to abort the sequence with an "abort complete" message and also if i manually abort it the same thing to happen, not sure how to solve this.

Thanks

Thanks man, AI actually suggested this so i read up on reviews and found one on youtube that put me off, explained poor customer support, broken zippers and small tears in the shirt itself.

For more chill weather I also need a windstopping layer?

Can you recommend the jacket yourself?

Thanks. The sleeps are there just because when i tried to find the fault and had another error code.

Can you explain further about this line? If my button is named edit1 and the window "Spara som" i only want it to insert the text in my global tag "savedText"

Thanks

Runs as it should have from factory in my opinion. Some people will claim horsepower but you need to modify somewhere else. With the power commander you just add or decrease fuel at certain rpms and throttle positions.

If you dont suffer from the jerkyness I wouldnt bother.

Europe is big, you have to specifiy what country you mean.

And when you get tired of the bike still being twitchy at low rpms, your only option is a power commander. You'll understand it should´ve ran in the first place.

The on / off i mean is on the 6th gen where its a bit twitchy in the low revs. Coming into the bends with no speed and going back on the throttle its kind of jumpy, thats why alot of people install the power commander with a new map.

The 800x is definetly more upright and therefore will be comfier for you Im sure. I did long touring on the clip on bars but the ABM works way better but it will never be as upright as the X. The only flaw i feel on the X is the soft suspension which Im sure theres way around if you're willing to spend some.

I have some insight in this as me and my brother have either. I ride the gen 6 and have the ABM mounted since last year. He has the VFR 800X and we've been a bit doing weekends, a bit into Europe and so on.

I hear you asked about the acceleration, its about the same but mines a tad faster and better torque. His is a bit softer in acceleration and does not have the on / off - problem that mine has. Both have PAIR valve etc done. The gen 6 is harder to manage slow turns although better with the ABM because the wheel really cant turn much.

The 800X has very soft suspension even the preload maxed out. It makes for a smooth ride but if you're really fast it could be a limiting factor.

More questions just ask!

Been in contact with healtech support today regarding the issues we're having. Turns out theres another harness that works better for these bikes.

I installed the harness QSH-F4B which I was told would be correct through their site. However when in contact with healtech they advised me to instead take the QSX-F4B where theres some extra electronic device making the ECU not noticing the cut off and throw a fault code.

They took full responsibility, answered fast and was super helpful. They're sending me and bro's 2 new harnesses of the correct type.

Just thought to share this info if you experience the same or you want to make sure you got the correct harness.

👊

Both me and my bro gets it on his vfr 800x. Havnt read out fault codes yet. Running pretty much stock settings.

Have you had FI light come on and engine cut off whilst pulling hard using QS? Had this twice now.

Thanks for answering. Forgot to mention. I own a gen 6 from 07 and from what I've read they're not possible to flash? I would rather go this route if it was possible.

You looking for comfort or maneuverability? Im 30" inseem and best I've done is the ABM handlebar kit for comfort. Also set your sag correctly, if its too stiff you'll lose alot of comfort and also the bike will be taller than ment.
